I love food almost as much as I love DJing. Which got me thinking one day. DJing is a lot like a meal - a four-course meal to be exact. Here's a fun analogy that will help you plan your DJ set. I have included approximate times corresponding to each course. Of course each club or venue will differ so find what's right for you and your crowd.
